If there are no appointments available, please don't panic.
We often have additional appointment capacity available.
Complete an Urgent Appointment Request through the app or contact our team.
We'll do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.


Waiting for Your Results?
If you've had your blood test or ultrasound but haven't heard from us, complete the Results Follow-Up Form in the app.
Occasionally results can be delayed or not transmitted correctly between providers. We'll investigate where your results are up to and keep you updated through your App Chat or via SMS.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 000 immediately.
If you have urgent pregnancy concerns, including but not limited to:

Heavy vaginal bleeding

Severe abdominal pain

Reduced or absent fetal movements

Signs of preterm labour

Seizures

Difficulty breathing

Severe headache with vision changes

About our Practice
Book a Midwife is a virtual-first midwifery clinic offering bulk-billed Medicare consultations across Australia, plus in-person care at our Bacchus Marsh and Moonee Ponds locations. Our team of endorsed midwives provides pregnancy, postpartum, newborn and lactation care, with continuity of care across the perinatal period.
