If you’ve ever thought WTF do I actually do when labour starts?
This class is your sign.
We’ll cover how to work with your body, manage the intensity, keep your birth sacred (even in hospital), and feel f***ing powerful doing it.
It’s taught by a midwife who has birthed 3 of her own babies physiologically and has seen countless women do the same.
This class covers the foundations of birth.
